Do I need to provide cleaning products?
Only if you want us to use your products. We use non-toxic chemicals and spays. We have all the equipment to do the job.
What do I need to prepare for your cleaning services?
The only thing we ask is if you could just move any breakable or valuable items out of the way.
How much will your cleaning services cost?
Unlike other franchised or private cleaning companies. We take a different approach and charge by the job and its needs.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Also, we can do invoicing on business and second party interest. A receipt is always given at time of payment.
Can I choose a specific time of day for my cleaning service?
We do try to fit into your schedule as much as possible. Most of the time we can accommodate.
Do I have to be home when the cleaning team arrives?
No. You can leave a key or codes to doors. We are a bonded company and take the security of your property seriously.
What services do you NOT provide?
Our web site tells it all.
Are you insured?
The company is insured, bonded, and licensed. Paperwork can be provided by request. We also have a A+ rating with the BBB.
What do I do with my pet while you are in my home?
We are a pet friendly company. Some will have to be caged or put outside for our safety. This is usually discussed at initial consultation.
Who will actually be cleaning my home?
For now, as we are a small company. It will always be the same two team members. If a change occurs, we will notify you a day before.
